Een cuvée van Pinot Blanc en Pinot Noir, dus een mooie kleur die bijna lijkt op de schil van een ui. Een zeer fijne perlage die zachtjes tintelt op de tong als resultaat van de traditionele flesgisting met 12 maanden sur lie. Romig, citrus, hints van rode bessen en kiezelachtige mineralen.

A cuvée of Pinot Blanc and the Pinot Noir, thus a pretty colour almost like the skin of an onion. A very fine perlage that gently tingles on the tongue as a result of traditional method bottle fermentation with 12 months sur lie. Creamy, citrus, hints of red berry and pebble-like minerals.
