Pinot Noir

Het complexe boeket ademt aroma's uit van kersencompote,
krenten en een vleugje pure chocolade. In de mond maakt de wijn indruk met zijn frisse zuurstructuur en prachtige kruidigheid, het harmonieus geweven hout en een elegante tanninestructuur.

5 dagen koude maceratie, 16 dagen spontane gisting, rijping in kleine houten vaten. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn twee jaar in barriques (50% nieuw).

Pinot Noir

The complex bouquet exudes aromas of cherry compote,
currants and a touch of dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine impresses with its fresh acid structure and beautiful spiciness, the harmoniously woven wood and an elegant tannin structure.

5 days of cold maceration, 16 days of spontaneous fermentation, aging in small wooden barrels. The wine then matures in barriques for two years (50% new).
