Pinot Gris

Bleekgouden kleur met koperen reflecties. Een rijp aroma, piment, bloesemhoning. Het gehemelte opent soepel, zachte fenolen geven de wijn textuur en een frisse volheid, de levendige zuurgraad van de vintage is goed geïntegreerd in de robuuste structuur, de wijn eindigt soepel en tegelijkertijd ook keuper mineraal.

De druiven worden voorzichtig met de hand geoogst, zorgvuldig gesorteerd en na enkele dagen huidcontact, langzaam geperst en gefermenteerd in barriques gedurende ongeveer 8 maanden.

Pinot Gris

Pale golden in colour with copper reflections. A ripe aroma, allspice, blossom honey. The palate opens supple, mellow phenolics give the wine texture and a fresh kind of fullness, the lively acidity of the vintage has integrated well into the robust structure, the wine finishes supple and at the same time also keuper mineral.

The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted and after a few days of skin contact, slowly pressed and fermented in barriques for about 8 months.
