Tempranillo

Diepe, vrolijke kleur met een violette rand. Middelhoge intensiteit in de neus, rijp rood en zwart fruit. We ruiken nuances van zoethout, kruiden met een lichte koffiekaramel. De smaak is krachtig en fris tegelijk.

Zowel de alcoholische als de malolactische gisting vonden plaats in roestvrijstalen tanks. 12 maanden rijping in 50% Amerikaanse en 50% Franse eikenhouten vaten. 50% nieuwe en 50% vaten van het tweede jaar.

Tempranillo

Deep cheery colour with violet rim. Medium-high intesity in the nose, red and black ripe fruit. We notice nuances of licorice, spices with a light coffe caramel. The mouth is power full and fresh at the same time.

Both alocholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation happened in stainless steel tanks. 12 months aging in 50% American oak barrels and 50% French oak barrels. 50% new and 50% second year barrel.
