Biologisch geteelde druiven van de wijngaard Les Pedrenyeres in de gemeente Marçà. Bodem: "Pinyolenc". Handmatige oogst. Gisting en maceratie in roestvrijstalen tanks gedurende 15 dagen. Rijping in dezelfde tank gedurende 9 maanden. Deze wijn bevat geen toegevoegde sulfieten en is niet gefilterd of geklaard.

Organically grown grapes from Les Pedrenyeres farm, located in the municipality of Marçà. "Pinyolenc" soil. Vintage manual. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 15 days. Aging in the same tank for 9 months. This wine contains no added sulphites, has not been filtered or clarified.
