Unique plot with Mencía vines over 100 years old, sandy soil with a slight inclination. Plot with two orientations, southwest and north. Very low yields, below 1 kg per vine. Whole-cluster fermentation in open oak vats. Gentle extraction by punching down. 12 months in oak barrels.
