Heldere granaatkleur. In de neus balsamico-tonen van tijm en laurier. In de smaak intensiveren deze balsamico-tonen samen met mooi rood fruit, met een vleugje eucalyptus. Een wijn met spanning, levendig en fris.

Handmatig geoogst en ontsteeld. 10 maanden rijping in Franse eikenhouten vaten na alcoholische gisting in roestvrijstalen tanks.

Mencía

Bright garnet color. On the nose, balsamic notes of thyme and bay leaf. On the palate, these balsamic notes intensify together with pretty red fruit, with a hint of eucalyptus. A wine with tension, vibrant and fresh.

Manual harvest and destemmed grapes. 10 months aging in French oak barrel after alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank.
