Riesling

Moezel-PUR. Heldergele briljante kleur met dunne tranen. Minerale neus met kruidige exotische hints van citrus en versgemalen koriander. Droge smaak met uitgesproken fruitige textuur en dunne zuren. Verfrissende en frisse afdronk. Het is ontroerend, karaktervol, vol mineraliteit en zo heerlijk elegant en zout.

Druiven worden selectief met de hand geplukt. 6 uur rust op de puree. Gisting in roestvrijstalen vat. Korte rust op de droesem om de fruitigheid te versterken.

Riesling

Mosel-PUR. Bright yellow brilliant color with thin tears. Mineral nose with spicy exotic hints of citrus and freshly ground coriander. Dry taste with pronounced fruity texture and thin acidity. Refreshing and fresh aftertaste. It is moving, full of character, full of minerality and so wonderfully elegant and salty.

Grapes are selectively picked by hand. Rest on the puree for 6 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vat. Short rest on the lees to enhance the fruitiness.
