Wine-growing has a centuries-old tradition in Winningen. These basalt blocks in Winninger Brückstück were formed from cooled magma from volcanic eruptions. The vineyard stands in the Brückstück like a south-facing funnel and the wine, which was matured in 500-liter wooden barrels, is powerful, dense and intense.
