Intense golden yellow color. Concentrated nose with exotic and citric aromas. In the mouth, flavors of tangerine take over, until the finely integrated tannins of the barrique take over. A dense but by no means opulent middle section ends in a very smooth finale.

If you drive from Kobern-Gondorf to Winningen, you will inevitably pass the impressive Uhlen and Hamm terraces. This Rieslings stand on 20 levels in the Winninger Hamm. You can sometimes get dizzy when you're reading the grapes when you're standing on one of the walls, which are up to eight meters high. The soil is characterized by very finely splintered, clayey slate, which allows the vines to root deeply and provides them with important nutrients. Matured in small wooden barrels, the Winninger Hamm is characterized by minerals and elegant fruit.
