Plus dit delicate gistkussentje met wat brioche en lichte bloemen. De mond is explosief, veel trek en pikantheid. Pittig in de mond, maar dan is er een heerlijke gele fruitigheid die eroverheen ligt. Zeer kruidig, superfris en met bedwelmend fruit.

Sankt Nikolaus heeft de oudste wijnstokken, meer dan 50 jaar oud, van Kühn. De wijngaard ligt direct aan de Rijn. Zand- en kwartsietgronden. De vroegste rijpingslocatie van allemaal. Met ontzettend fijne luchtcirculatie. Door de breedte van de Rijn staat er altijd wind in de wijngaard. Dienovereenkomstig is er zeer zelden sprake van druk om te verrotten. Maar de volwassenheid op deze elegante gronden maakt de Kerstman in wezen zo'n buitengewoon elegante en vooral zeer romige GG.
