Turbiana

Intense goudgele kleur. Indringend in de neus met direct exotische hints van ananas en tonen van grapefruit. De wijn ontvouwt zich aangenaam met een opmerkelijke minerale toets. Het is een wijn met karakter en grote aromatische elegantie. De smaakverwachtingen worden waargemaakt door zijn rijkdom, consistentie en balans.

De druiven worden grotendeels zacht geperst, terwijl de rest licht wordt ontsteeld door middel van schudden. Vervolgens volgt een strikt vinificatieproces: het scheiden van de droesem door natuurlijke bezinking, langzame fermentatie bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur (14°/18°C); rijping gedurende 6-8 maanden op fijne droesem.

Intense golden yellow. Pervasive on the nose with immediate exotic hints of pineapple and notes of grapefruit. It unfolds pleasantly with a remarkable mineral sensation. It is a wine with character and great aromatic elegance. Taste expectations are satisfied by its richness, consistency and balance.

Gentle, soft crushing of whole bunches for most of the production, while the rest is lightly destemmed by oscillation. Then follows a strict winemaking process: racking off the lees by natural settling, slow fermentation at a controlled temperature (14°/18°C); ageing for 6-8 months on fine lees.
