Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier

In de neus: abrikoos, rijpe appel en peer, en subtiele hints van verse brioche. In de mond een ronde, frisse mousserende wijn met een lichte fenolische structuur. Een fijn gestructureerde perlage en een levendige zuurstructuur dragen bij aan het drinkplezier.

Gemaakt met behulp van traditionele gisting op fles, 36 maanden gerijpt op de fijne droesem en met de hand gezeefd.

Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier

On the nose, apricot, ripe apples and pears as well as subtle hints of fresh brioche. On the palate, a round, fresh sparkling wine with a light phenolic structure. Finely structured perlage and an invigorating acid structure contribute to the drinking pleasure.

Produced using traditional bottle fermentation, matured on the fine yeast for 36 months and riddled by hand.
