Pinot Noir

Robijnrode kleur, prachtige rode fruitneus, ook een vleugje aardse kruiden. Zacht en doordrinkbaar in de mond, met tonen van kers, zwarte bes en wilde bessen.

De druiven worden zorgvuldig met de hand geoogst, zorgvuldig gesorteerd en in hun geheel gefermenteerd in kleine containers. Het doel is om helderfruitige, elegante en aanhoudende Pinot Noirs te produceren met een fijne tanninestructuur. De malolactische gisting vindt plaats in gebruikte barriques, waar de wijnen 8-12 maanden rijpen.

Ruby red color, beautiful red fruit nose, also a hint of earthy spice. Soft and drinkable on the palate, with notes of cherry, blackcurrant, and wild berry.

The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, carefully sorted, and fermented whole in small containers. The goal is to produce clear-fruited, elegant, and persistent Pinot Noirs with a fine tannin structure. Malolactic fermentation takes place in used barriques, where the wines age for 8-12 months.
