Subtle aromas of moist rock flour, elderflower, white currant and a hint of grape. Great fullness on the palate and almost creamy in the first sip, then the minerality strikes. Finest stone with a long salt track. In combination with a straight acidity, it is full of freshness. So juicy in the mouth, although the fruit remains extremely subtle. Carefully showing nectarines, grapes again and herbs are carried along on the trail of salt. At the end light bitter aromas.
