Deze Pouilly-Fumé heeft een bleke strogele kleur met licht exotische aroma’s en een subtiele rokerigheid. Tonen van vers gras, asperges en silex/vuursteen zorgen voor een uitgesproken mineraliteit. In de mond is hij stuivend, strak en licht kiezelig van karakter. De kalkbodem geeft frisheid en expressie, de silex voegt complexiteit toe, terwijl de klei zorgt voor body. De kiezelbodem geeft deze Pouilly-Fumé zijn kenmerkende pittige toets.

Sauvignon Blanc

This Pouilly-Fumé has a pale straw-yellow color with slightly exotic aromas and a subtle smokiness. Notes of fresh grass, asparagus, and flint create a pronounced minerality. On the palate, it is lively, taut, and slightly pebbly. The chalky soil lends freshness and expression, the flint adds complexity, while the clay provides body. The pebbly soil gives this Pouilly-Fumé its characteristic spicy note.
