Roodachtig amberkleurig, helder en transparant. De prachtige, dichte tranen baden in het glas en laten een grote complexiteit aan aroma's achter. Van gekonfijt fruit zoals sinaasappel tot gedroogde abrikozen en dadels, alles badend in honing en met een zeer subtiele en elegante afdronk van kruidnagel en kaneel. Omhullende, volumineuze en fluweelzachte zoetheid. Gebalanceerde aroma's die zich gedurende de hele reis door het gehemelte herhalen.

Directe persing van de druiven en versterking van de most om fermentatie te voorkomen en alle aroma's en natuurlijke zoetheid te behouden. 10 jaar statische rijping in middelmatig tot licht getoast Frans eikenhout (225 l).

Reddish amber in colour, bright and transparent. The beautiful, dense tears bathe the glass, leaving a great complexity of aromas. From candied fruit like orange to dried apricots and dates, all bathed in honey and with a very subtle and elegant final touch of clove and cinnamon spices. Enveloping, voluminous, and velvety sweetness. Balanced aromas that are repeated throughout the journey across the palate.

Direct pressing of the grapes and fortification of the must to prevent fermentation and maintain all the aromas and natural sweetness. 10 years of static aging in medium-to-light toasted French oak barrels (225 l).
