Pinot Gris

Koperen kleur. Het heeft aroma's van kweepeer, kruidnagel, laurierblad, speculaaskruiden, rijpe peer en rozen. Het smaakt naar peer, abrikoos, caramel, geroosterde noten, pittigheid, rijp gedroogd fruit, geroosterd wit brood en abrikoos strudel. Het heeft een taaie en drinkbare zuurgraad en een verrassend dichte structuur.

Pinot Gris

Copper colour. It has aromas of quince, cloves, bay leaf, gingerbread spices, ripe pear and roses. It tastes of pear, apricot, caramel, roasted nuts, spiciness, ripe dried fruit, toasted white bread and apricot strudel. It has a chewy and drinkable acidity and a surprisingly dense structure.
