A cuvée of Pinot Blanc and the Pinot Noir, thus a pretty colour almost like the skin of an onion. A very fine perlage that gently tingles on the tongue as a result of traditional method bottle fermentation with 12 months sur lie. Creamy, citrus, hints of red berry and pebble-like minerals.
