Special project wine. Ethos winemakers picked their best Silvaner grapes by hand and turned them together into one very special wine. The wine was spontaneously fermented on the grape skins in wooden and clay vessels, gently drawn off after 6 months and finally bottled naturally cloudy and unfiltered in old glass bottles.

He is not a typical Silvaner and does not try to be. It is opulent and broad, with lots of yellow stone fruit and exotic fruits such as papaya and guava. With fine yeast reminiscent of brioche and slightly spicy notes. In the mouth, the Ethos wine is powerful yet elegant and ends with a long finish.
