Pinot Gris

Helder goudgeel met licht roodachtige reflecties. De neus ruikt naar peren, appels, karamel en walnoten en subtiele houtachtige tonen. De wijn vloeit soepel over de tong en ontwikkelt zich aromatisch en vol van smaak met een lichte rokerigheid en fijne zoutigheid in de mond - verweven met een evenwichtige frisse zuurgraad en fijne tannines. Boterachtige romige afdronk.

36 uur maceratie, spontane gisting, 11 maanden rijping in de tonneau, minimale toevoeging van zwavel.

Pinot Gris

Clear golden yellow with slightly reddish reflections. The nose smells of pears, apples, caramel and walnuts as well as subtle woody notes. The wine flows smoothly on the tongue and develops aromatic and full-bodied with a slight smokiness and fine saltiness on the palate - interwoven with a balanced fresh vein of acidity and fine tannins. Buttery-creamy finish.

36 hours of maceration, spontaneous fermentation, 11 months aging in the tonneau, minimal addition of sulfur.
