Pinot Gris

Helder goudgeel met licht roodachtige reflecties. Het boeket ruikt naar gedroogd en exotisch fruit, karamel en subtiele houtnoten. De wijn vloeit soepel over de tong en ontwikkelt zich aromatisch en vol van smaak met een lichte rokerigheid in de mond - verweven met een evenwichtige zuurgraad en fijne tannines.

36 uur maceratie, spontane gisting, 20 maanden rijping in de tonneau, minimale toevoeging van zwavel.

Pinot Gris

Clear golden yellow with slightly reddish reflections. The bouquet smells of dried and exotic fruits, caramel and subtle woody notes. The wine flows smoothly on the tongue and develops aromatic and full-bodied with a slight smokiness on the palate - interwoven with a balanced vein of acidity and fine tannins.

36 hours of maceration, spontaneous fermentation, 20 months aging in the tonneau, minimal addition of sulfur.
