Pinot Noir

Krachtige, intense pinotneus van kersen- en pruimencompote. Vervolg van scala aan aroma's van zwarte bes tot framboos tot licht rokerige houttonen. Stevig in de mond met fijne, maar aanwezige en toch rijpe tannine en goed geïntegreerde zuurgraad.

De druiven worden voorzichtig met de hand geplukt in verschillende fasen om ervoor te zorgen dat alleen rijpe en gezonde bessen in de kelder komen. Op het landgoed worden ze zorgvuldig gesorteerd en als hele bessen en trossen in kleine batches gefermenteerd in houten vaten. Malolactische gisting vindt plaats in houten vaten waarin de wijnen 8-12 maanden rijpen.

Pinot Noir

Powerful, intense Pinot nose of cherry and plum compote. Continuing a range of aromas from blackcurrant to raspberry to slightly smoky wood notes. Firm on the palate with fine, but present yet ripe tannins and well-integrated acidity.

The grapes are carefully hand-picked in several stages to ensure that only ripe and healthy berries make it to the cellar. On the estate, they are carefully sorted and fermented as whole berries and bunches in small batches in wooden barrels. Malolactic fermentation takes place in wooden barrels where the wines are aged for 8-12 months.
