Basiswijn op smaak gebracht met kruiden, zoals vlierbloesem en salie. Daarna wordt de wijn gemengd met zoete wijn en versterkt met suiker en alcohol, waarna de wijn wordt gemengd en gerijpt in vaten.
Gerijpt volgens de Solera-methode op Franse eikenhouten vaten, duurt de gemiddelde rijping langer dan 24 maanden.
Alcohol: 16,5% vol
Suiker: 100 g/l
Base wine flavoured with herbs, such as elderflowers and sage. Afterwards, it is blended with sweet wine and fortified with sugar and alcohol before being blended and aged in the barrels.
Aged through the Solera method on French oak barrels, the average aging takes longer than 24 months.
