Biologische druiven van het landgoed Les Pedrenyeres, perceel "Tres Germanes" in de gemeente Marçà. Bodem: "Pinyolenc". Handmatig geoogst. Gisting en maceratie in roestvrijstalen tanks gedurende 25 dagen. Rijping in amforen gedurende 12 maanden.
