Carignan

Intens, puur, authentiek, direct en expressief. Deze wijn heeft een aroma van pruim en venkel dat doet denken aan de Carignan uit de DO Montsant. In de mond is hij zijdezacht, zoet en aangenaam.

Druiven afkomstig van het Mas de L'Anis-domein in de gemeente Marça, biologisch geteeld en met de hand geoogst. Gisting en maceratie in roestvrijstalen tanks gedurende 15 dagen. Rijping in dezelfde tank gedurende 5 maanden.

Carignan

Intense, pure, authentic, direct and expressive. This wine has an aroma of plum and fennel that reminds us of the Carignan from the DO Montsant. In the mouth, it is silky, sweet and pleasant.

Grapes from the Mas de L'Anis estate located in the municipality of Marça, organically grown and harvested by hand. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 15 days. Ageing in the same tank for 5 months.
