Riesling

Diepte, mineraliteit en elegantie. De neus is het puurst, lichtst, helderst en meest bloemig, terwijl de smaak doordringend, energiek, pittig en opwindend is. Er is veel rijkdom en vloeibaarheid in de kern en een vulling van rijpe, sappige mirabel, maar het blijft absoluut pittig met rijpe citrus.

Verweerd vulkanisch gesteente en met ijzer doordrenkte klei kenmerken de bodem. Deze omstandigheden zorgen consequent voor de laagste opbrengsten met het hoogste extract. Een weelderig fruit dat naarmate het rijpt steeds meer aan mandarijnen doet denken. Een dichte, elegante structuur maakt de Rieslingwijnen onmiskenbaar zijdezacht en toch opwindend.

Riesling

Depth, minerality, and elegance. The nose is the purest, lightest, brightest and most the floral-scented, while the palate is pervasive, energetic, racy and exciting. There is much richness and fluidity at the core and a fill of ripe, juicy Mirabelle, but it remains absolutely zesty with ripe citrus.

Weathered volcanic rock and iron-laced clay characterize the soil. These circumstances consistently produce the lowest yields with the highest extract. A lush fruit that becomes increasingly reminiscent of tangerines as it ripens. A dense, elegant structure makes the Riesling wines unmistakably silky yet exciting.
