Riesling

Goudgele kleur. Neus van geel fruit, geconcentreerd en intens. Dicht in de mond, sterke aroma's van Mirabelle-pruim, abrikozen- en sinaasappelschil, krachtig en hooggeconcentreerd tegelijkertijd droog mineraal, kruidig, met veel volheid.

De druiven komen van de terraswijngaard van Winningen, Domgarten. Naast verweerde leisteengrond is er ook löss en puimsteen dat door een vulkaanuitbarsting in de Laachsee op de Moezel is geworpen.

Riesling

Golden yellow colour. Nose of yellow fruit, concentrated and intense. Dense on the palate, strong aromas of Mirabelle plum, apricot and orange zest, powerful and highly concentrated at the same time dry mineral, spicy, with a lot of fullness.

Grapes are from Winningen terras vineyard, Domgarten. In addition to weathered slate soil, there is also loess and pumice that was thrown onto the Moselle by a volcanic eruption in Lake Laach.
