Golden yellow colour with fine perlage. Ripe aromas of pear and peach with hints of white bread shown on the nose. Very concentrated aromas of ripe stone fruit, yellow fruit, creamy and intense minerality on the palate. Creamy and fine brioche aroma due to the long yeast storage.
