Deep golden yellow color. Intense nose of ripe fruit, fragrant, exotic, hints of pineapple and mango. Fleshy and fruity on the palate, exotic fruits with supporting sweetness. After some time in the glass, other aromas such as bergamot and passion fruit develop. Off-dry, almost creamy acid structure. Long and complex on the palate and encourages you to take a second sip.

The vine was planted in 1904 in Longuicher Maximiner Herrenberg and remained one of the few ungrafted plants on the Moselle. The grapes are very concentrated and small. After the harvest short maceration and open sedimentation. Spontaneously fermented in steel tanks with subsequent malolactic fermentation. The wine remains on the fine lees until it is filled in August and thus develops its characteristic aroma. After bottling, the wine is bottled in the winery for another year before it is sold.
