Pinot Noir

Blanc de Noir (Frans letterlijk: “wit van zwart”) is de Franse naam voor een witte wijn gemaakt van rode wijnsoorten. De Blanc de Noir is helder en helder met lichte roze reflecties. De neus onthult aroma's van cassis en bosbessen. In de mond een sappige, kruidige, minerale en elegante Blanc de Noir met druk en een mooie balans tussen fruitzoetheid en fruitzuurgraad.

De druiven worden volledig met de hand geoogst en zorgvuldig in kleine doosjes naar de wijnmakerij vervoerd. Omdat de kleur van de Pinot Noir druif alleen in de bessenschil zit en niet in het vruchtvlees, worden de druiven uiterst voorzichtig geperst, waardoor een bijna wit sap ontstaat.

Pinot Noir

Blanc de Noir (French literally: “white from black”) is the French name for a white wine made from red wine varieties. The Blanc de Noir is bright and clear with slight pink reflections. The nose reveals aromas of cassis and blueberries. On the palate a juicy, spicy, mineral and elegant Blanc de Noir with pressure and a nice balance between fruit sweetness and fruit acidity.

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and carefully transported to the winery in small boxes. Since the color of the Pinot Noir grape is only in the berry skin and not in the pulp, the grapes are pressed extremely gently, resulting in an almost white juice.
