"Sant'Isidoro", a rosé tinged with coral, is made by bleeding (Saignée) the best Montepulciano and Sangiovese musts from grapes harvested in crates and with a minimum yield per hectare. The fresh, clean nose is unassuming and pleasant, suggesting red berries against a delicate floral, nutty and yeasty background.
VINIFICATIE: Handmatige oogst. Het wordt gemaakt door de beste Montepulciano- en Sangiovese-most af te tappen, na 12-15 uur maceratie. Daarna fermenteert het in roestvrijstalen vaten. Lange rijpingstijd in vat en fles.
