Gewürztraminer

Troebele strogele kleur. Nootachtige en gedroogde bloemengeur met bijna zoete venkelaroma's. Rijp, scherp, sappig en licht smeltend fruit met een kruidige afdronk.

3 dagen spontane pureegisting, 7 maanden rijping in tanks op de droesem. Ongefilterd, ongeraffineerd en zonder zwavel gebotteld.

Gewürztraminer

Cloudy straw yellow colour. Nutty and dried floral scent with almost sweet fennel aromas. Ripe, tart, juicy and slightly melty fruit with spicy finish.

3 days of spontaneous mash fermentation, 7 months of tank aging on the lees. Bottled unfiltered, unfined and without sulfur.
