Chardonnay

Kristalhelder, bleekgeel met groene hints en een fijne, aanhoudende mousse. De neus is zuiver met aroma’s van witte bloemen en mediterrane kruiden, gevolgd door een minerale toets die aan vuursteen doet denken. Geen tonen van gist of bakkerij, maar juist een gespierd, fris karakter. In de mond is hij fris, evenwichtig, sappig en lang aanhoudend.

Milazzo NATURE is een mousserende blanc de blancs van Chardonnay. De combinatie van het terroir in Campobello di Licata en het mediterrane klimaat zorgt voor rijpe druiven met frisse elegantie en aromatische complexiteit.

De druiven worden in hun geheel geperst. De most fermenteert op gecontroleerde temperatuur; rijping deels op roestvrij staal, deels op eikenhout. Na botteling en toevoeging van de likeur de tirage volgt een tweede gisting, gevolgd door 48 maanden rijping op de gisten.

Chardonnay

Crystal-clear, pale yellow with green highlights and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is clean, with aromas of white flowers and Mediterranean herbs, followed by a mineral note reminiscent of flint. No yeasty or bakery notes—rather, a firm, fresh character. On the palate, it's fresh, balanced, juicy, and long-lasting.

Milazzo NATURE is a sparkling blanc de blancs made from Chardonnay. The combination of the terroir in Campobello di Licata and the Mediterranean climate produces ripe grapes with fresh elegance and aromatic complexity.

The grapes are gently whole-cluster pressed. The must ferments at controlled temperatures; aging takes place partly in stainless steel, partly in oak. After bottling and adding the liqueur de tirage, a second fermentation occurs, followed by 48 months of aging on the lees.
