Cabernet Franc

Deze noordhelling heeft een typisch Véron-terroir (milllarges boven gele tufsteen) met de aanwezigheid van fijne klei. De milllarges produceren wijnen die al jong toegankelijk zijn. De fijne klei accentueert de aromatische complexiteit en het bewaarpotentieel. Les Moulins de Beau Puy is daarom nu al drinkbaar, maar kan tien jaar of langer in de kelder rijpen. Dit is het perceel naast Les Pucelles. Voor liefhebbers van terroir is een vergelijkende proeverij van de twee jaargangen zeer interessant.

Cabernet Franc

This north-facing slope features a typical Véron terroir (milllarges above yellow tuff) with the presence of fine clay. The milllarges produce wines that are accessible even when young. The fine clay accentuates the aromatic complexity and aging potential. Les Moulins de Beau Puy is therefore ready to drink now, but can age in the cellar for ten years or more. This is the plot adjacent to Les Pucelles. For terroir enthusiasts, a comparative tasting of the two vintages is highly recommended.
