AOC Montlouis sur Loire. Light yellow color. Mineral nose of flint and floral which opens delicately. Fresh and straight on the palate, very dry, mineral with citrus fruits (yellow grapefruit). And the bitterness of Chenin in the end to make you thirsty.

Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
