Chenin Blanc

AOC Montlouis sur Loire. Yellow color. Mineral nose of flint and wood aroma. Fresh and creamy at the same time on the palate, very dry, mineral with stone fruits (apricot and peach). And the bitterness of Chenin in the end to make you thirsty.

Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation. Aging on fine lees for 9 month in 3 to 5 year old 228 liter barrels.
