Chardonnay

Deze Montagny met aroma's van rijp geel fruit, genuanceerd met een vleugje lelietje-van-dalenbloemen, onthult bij het binnenkomen in de mond een fruitig en sappig karakter.

Montagny “Les Bassets” is een wijn van een perceel beplant met de druivensoort Chardonnay op klei-kalksteengrond. De druiven worden met de hand geoogst, direct geperst en na 24 uur koud bezonken. De sappen worden vervolgens naar vaten geleid waarin alcoholische gisting plaatsvindt, gevolgd door rijping gedurende 10 maanden.

This Montagny with aromas of ripe yellow fruits, nuanced with touches of lily of the valley flowers, reveals a fruity and juicy character upon entering the mouth.

Montagny “Les Bassets” is a wine from a plot planted with the Chardonnay grape variety on clay-limestone soil. The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed directly then cold settled after 24 hours. The juices are then funneled into barrels in which alcoholic fermentations take place followed by aging for 10 months.
