The Château Schembs Wild At Heart Riesling Brut 2008 surprises us with its mature, somewhat rebellious, wild and stern presence. A fine scent of minerals and fresh brioche fills the air. The refreshing acidity is perfectly integrated and the fine mousseux provides a wonderfully sparkling mouthfeel. A beautiful Riesling sparkling wine that shows many facets. On the one hand his great elegance with a lot of tender enamel and on the other his enormous strength and wild temperament.

Made with traditional method with 10 years aging on the lees.
