Light + Fruity

Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling

Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris were combined and rounded off with a splash of Riesling. The partial expansion in the barrique gives this white wine more depth and gives it a fine vanilla note and a beautiful floral bouquet. Fruity aromas of apple, pear, quince and apricot emerge in the nose, but also lilac, honey and fine vanilla. In the mouth again a lot of fruit, nice and fresh, very elegant with lots of cream and mild acidity. A wonderfully fragrant and very elegant white wine.
